Yes, we provide full support in both Dutch and English. Our website, customer service, and all documentation are available in both languages to serve all restaurant owners in the Netherlands.
We offer flexible pricing with no long-term contracts required. Smart Tables have a city-launch program with free setup, Loyalty Systems start at €29/month with 14-day free trial, and Custom Decor is project-based. Freelancer services have no minimum commitment - you only pay for what you use.

Smart Tables

Customers simply tap their smartphone on the NFC-enabled table to access menus, place orders, call waiters, leave reviews, and make payments. No app download required - it works instantly with any smartphone. The system provides real-time analytics and insights to help optimize your restaurant operations.
We launch one restaurant per city with completely free setup and hardware. This includes free early-access license with no commitment, limited to 1 venue per city. Once a city is taken, the program moves to the next city. It's first-come, first-served.
If selected for city launch, you get to test the system completely free. After the trial period, you can choose to continue with our standard subscription or discontinue with no obligation. We provide full training and support throughout.
Yes, our Smart Tables are designed to integrate with most major POS systems used in Dutch restaurants. Our technical team handles the integration process and provides full training to ensure seamless operation with your current setup.

Loyalty Systems

Customers receive custom-branded NFC keychains or cards. They tap these on the reader at your pay table to earn points, then tap their keychain with any smartphone to check points, rewards, and personalized offers. No app download required - it works instantly.
Starter (€29/month): 20 customer slots, 1 campaign, basic analytics. Growth (€59/month): 50 slots, 3 campaigns, branded page, ROI stats. Pro (€99/month): 100+ slots, unlimited campaigns, full CRM, A/B testing. All plans include custom-branded NFC devices and email support.
Yes, you can order extra NFC keychains or cards anytime through your dashboard. Standard tags cost €1.80 each, premium custom tags are €2.50 each. They typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Absolutely. We are fully GDPR-compliant and take data protection seriously. All customer data is encrypted, stored securely on EU servers, and customers can request their data or deletion at any time. You maintain full control over your customer data.

We provide: Servers & Service staff, Kitchen & Prep cooks, Cleaning & Maintenance teams, Events & Catering specialists, Bartenders, and Management & Supervision roles. All freelancers are locally based and experienced in restaurant operations.
Pricing includes competitive hourly rates based on role and experience, plus a one-time €25 matching fee per freelancer. No minimum hours required - book for as little as 4 hours or as long as needed. You pay freelancers directly with no extra charges.
All freelancers go through our comprehensive quality screening process, including background checks and experience verification. We guarantee quality service - if you're not satisfied, we'll find a replacement at no additional matching fee.

Custom Decor

We design and 3D print: Wall art and branding sculptures, Table signs and menu holders, Vases and centerpieces, Custom chocolate and bakery molds, Branded objects and statement pieces, Utensil holders and organizers. Everything is fully customized with your logo, colors, and theme.
We pride ourselves on fast delivery - from design to delivery typically takes days, not weeks. Simple items can be ready in 2-3 days, while complex custom pieces may take 5-7 days. We'll provide exact timelines when you submit your request.
Yes, we offer eco-friendly material options upon request. All our standard materials are food-safe and built to withstand commercial restaurant use. We can discuss sustainable material choices during your consultation.
